Role Summary

Recruit the safety, environmental, and compliance professionals who keep SpaceX sites safe. You will partner with site leaders to find candidates who take safety seriously and work well on a busy production floor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit safety specialists, environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, and compliance roles.
• Screen candidates for certifications, regulatory knowledge, and site experience.
• Partner with site leaders to understand priorities and urgent needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain pipelines for recurring safety and compliance roles.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to work on site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting EHS or compliance professionals.
• Knowledge of safety certifications and credentials.
• Strong follow-through and organization.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
