Role Summary

Support rapid hiring for production, assembly, and logistics roles at the Bastrop site. You will manage many openings at once and keep candidates moving from application to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of requisitions for production and logistics roles.
• Run screening calls, group events, and hiring days.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps with site teams and onboarding partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and daily pipeline updates.
• Report weekly on openings, offers, and starts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume or manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Strong organization and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for assembly, warehouse, or technician roles.
• Experience with hiring events and local outreach.
• Clear, friendly communication.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
